The Fine Print
- One offer per job — discounts can't be combined with each other. We'll apply whichever one saves you the most.
- Mention the discount when you book — we can't apply it retroactively once the invoice is issued.
- The $50 first-service discount applies to new customers only, one per household.
- The service member discount covers active-duty military, veterans, and first responders (police, fire, EMS). We'll ask to see your ID or service card at the appointment.
- Water heater pricing starts at $2,500 for a standard 40-gallon replacement. Difficult access, stairs, or a gas line that needs replacing will change the final figure — we quote you before any work begins.
- Emergency, after-hours and weekend call-outs are priced differently. We'll always quote you on the phone before we come out.
